I was in Fort Myers on vacation. My glasses broke, and I did not have an extra pair. So, I stopped by the Visionworks store on Cleveland Ave in Fort Myers. I did not have an appointment, and the store was busy. Although he was busy, the manager Mike Nouveau, made sure that everyone was greeted when they walked in the door. Mike controlled the busy store through prioritization, organization, and delegation by quickly assessing needs. I was impressed with Mike’s managerial style, customer service, and product knowledge. Because of his approach, I bought an extra pair of glasses for myself and my female friend. In addition, Mike was able to repair my broken glasses so I could have an extra set with me for the rest of my vacation. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. Mike’s team spirit approach to management produces positive results. By helping my companion and me, I enjoyed the rest of my vacation because I did not have to worry about my glasses. I recommend the Fort Myers, FL Visionworks store and while you are there - ask for the manager, Mike - you will be glad you did.

Recently needed some glasses for doing computer work. I am currently living in California but still wanted to do business with this location because they have been so nice in the past. I was able to take my prescription communicate without staff and managers at this location to get what I needed. The manager at the store spent a considerable amount of time with insurance because it was acting up which he did not have to do but was greatly appreciated. In the end everything went through and he was able to ship my glasses to my home and I received them with in a week and a half. I will always do business with this group of people they are amazing ! Above and beyond!

Very professional and welcoming environment. Eyecare always has to be a field that is handled with a different degree of dignity and respect and i believe the team here has done well to make me feel comfortable in that regard.
