In addition to distributing emails, memos, and flyers to all employee’s company wide, we have also: • Held weekly Zoom meetings with all branch locations about the importance of cleaning surfaces 2-3 times a day, the use of hand sanitizer and social distancing. • Held daily meetings with production staff in an open-air environment, while maintaining social distance, about the importance of cleaning surfaces and equipment 2-3 times a day and between shifts, the use of hand sanitizer and social distancing. • Have provided extra cleaning materials to all office staff, branch staff and production staff like disinfectant spray, disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer. • Have provided all employees with washable cloth masks and have made disposable masks available.
