Hands down worst service I have ever experienced in a business. We called and ordered two plates of food and chicken pan fried noodles. They informed us their pan fried noodles were hard and asked if we wanted soft and we said yes, soft. The company never informed us they don't have chicken or anything. After getting the order home I seen they gave us plain old noodles with no flavor ect. When I called and let them know our order was messed up the company didn't apologize or tey to make it right at all and kept saying it was a lack of communication on our part and argued with me about how we ordered the food and we shouldn't have asked for pan friend noodles and we should've asked for lomein. However it dont take away from us asking for the chicken part of it. They don't know that we don't want chicken in our noodles period. They just kept arguing as I said I understand what you're saying but we asked for a chicken noodle and there is no chicken at all. Anyways, I simply just said you know I manage a company and for you to sit and argue with me instead of pleasing the customer and try to make it right makes me baffled because it's very unprofessional and we aren't worried about the money but we want the noodles. The noodles are all I will eat from there I expressed to the lady and she hung up on me!!! Literally hung up. I call back and another lady answered, nicer and explained how we ordered it wrong and we got what we paid for so there was nothing they could do and won't offer anything. I was like wow, given the fact I was hung up on and its a lack of communication not just us but you also and u wont even offer a half price discount is beyond me. More so is earlier in the conversation I said I dont care about price.. I spoke to 3 differwmt people.. I then asked for the names of people I spoke to and she wouldn't give me any names at all and said she didn't know if their manager would like her to give names out. I'm making a former complaint as soon as I can. I tried to already with the BBB but no shock to me, their business didn't even come up to file a complaint on. I did leave a review with the BBB though. I've never been treated so poorly by a restaurant. I went to tell my story to a friend who eats there and their family said, they're always so rude there and that's why they don't order often from there. I havent liven here long but I won't be back there, EVER. Sorry it's so long, I'm just venting cause it made me that mad really...

This friendly business has had the same staff long enough that they make you feel like family and you can count on the same great quality of food and service every time you visit. The menu is large but easily divided in to categories to make selections quick. Their is a full service bar but it is conveniently separated from the general dining area to allow family dining.
