Pat & Allen were awesome. Unfortunately, they have retired and this place has gone down the hole. Current on-site managers are HORRIBLE!! Stay away... you've been warned.

I have lived here one year this month, and love it. Our manager Jessica is absolutely terrific. Always ready to help with any problems etc

I have a year lease because it's cheaper a month. They do month to month. I'm not sure about short term lease.
