I was absolutely blown away by the service provided by TJ and South Shore Tractor with respect to an issue with a Stihl product that I brought over for service. The Stihl issue was quirky and a little baffling. TJ went above and beyond as a Stihl dealer to resolve it, and I didn't even buy the product at South Shore Tractor. I am a new loyal customer and I can not envision buying equipment or having service done anywhere else in the future

I've just finished reading the negative reviews and I seriously question if I'm writing a 5 star review about the same SST&FS. From the day I bought my S240 last year up until to today, I have nothing but great things to say. If I could give 10 stars I would. When I first bought my S240, TJ stopped by multiple times to help me understand why I was having trouble (operator error).No charge to stop by, no charge to help me, each time he came over. I would expect to pay their flat rate just to come to my house under other circumstances, and pay for the labor. When I ran over something and broke a spring, I paid them to come pick it up, which they did right away, so I didn't have to wait. They repaired it right away and it was returned right away. I'm love that they they have the pickup service. I had a problem with the rider (operator error again) and Sherman in service, (talk about customer service!! ) told me that he would stop by on his way home and see if he could fix it (he did). Turns out one of the wires to the battery was loose. He didn't charge me to stop by or to fix it. The other day I brought my push behind Husqvarna in, and TJ stopped what he was doing, came out to the lawnmower, spent quite some time fixing the gas line, and charged me $25. It wasn't just the minimal amount he charged me that I appreciated; it was the fact that when I called, he told me to bring it right over and he'd take a look at it. It was the fact that he gave the kind of customer service you don't often, if ever, find. He could have said: leave it and when I have a chance to look at it, I will. I had another problem (different one) and brought it back, and again, he stopped what he was doing and took care of it. I can't speak highly enough of the customer service, their reasonable rates, and the quality of their work. I wish I could find a local service station for my car that gives what TJ and Sherman have given me. Thank you, TJ and Sherman and everyone else who works there.

Great costumer service. The mechanic that fixed my snow blower was very professional. They called me in advance with an estimate and I was satisfied with the price.. definitely recommend. So far so good..
