I sent Lucas an email looking for an estimate for a residential survey and he responded quickly. Easy and straightforward process. Got the job completed quickly while being right on point with the estimate, definitely recommend.

I needed a land survey to stake out my property borders so that I can install fencing. I shopped around and found that Klim Land Surveying offered the best price. For those trying to reach him, email Luke at [email protected]. Emailing is his best method of contact as he is usually out in the field surveying. He normally responds to emails within 24 hours. I highly recommend his services! The survey only took about an hour or so and at the end, Luke walked me through the property and showed me where all the stakes were located. He also provided me a copy of the plot plan via PDF and mailed me a full copy as well.

The cost varies greatly based on the following variables: * Size of the property (larger properties take more time), * Deeds of record (how well the property is described), * Location and availability of existing monuments / field evidence (can original monuments be recovered), * Existing site conditions (overgrown / swampy & wet) A full boundary survey can run anywhere from $900 to $5000+ based on the above conditions. Feel free to shoot us an email with an address and we can do some quick online research and get back to you with a cost estimate. Thanks
