I'd give zero stars if I could. I've lived in multiple places without this company and have had zero problems but the second I switched to this company I've hated every moment. I've been charged twice and never got the notice to pay them until I received final notice. Then they made me pay a THIRD TIME. They got their ibl taken away from them! Do not trust this company.

I have been trying to get the gas turned on at our new Restaurant in Daytona Beach, however, I cannot get any positive answer as to when the gas is to be turned on... not from the Acct Mgr, Coby Harward OR TECO GAS COMPANY. Now I am being told that "Dispatch" does not take calls. Why is it so hard to get service turned on ??????

The customer service at Teco Gas is really wonderful. Christy, was very courteous and informative while setting up my account. It's great to do business with a company that has such a friendly service staff.
