Ordered a suit online for in store pick up. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the communication about confirming my order and time to pick up was never sent to me. The staff at the store were great. The suit was good as well as I have other suits I bought here so sizing and quality were no mystery to me. JC Penny has to do better communication with acknowledging they received my order and when to pick up.
