I have bought items at a number of their auctions over the last few years. Always no problems with the purchases. At the latest sale there was an issue with an item where the house made an error resulting in my not getting the item. They looked in to the problem, found it was their mistake, admitted their mistake, and then took steps to solve the problem for me. This is how all businesses should do their work.

I drove an hour to this auction. It was slow going and I asked if I could put a bid in for an item that was 139 lots down the road. They said yes and filled out a form and had me sign it. Next day I see the item was sold for less than my bid, to another bidder. I called and their reply was "we are not legally responsible to put your bid in." Buyer/bidder beware!

We accept one piece, small or large collections, and entire estates. If we think we can help in getting the best price, we are happy to accept your consignment. Yes, pictures are very helpful. If we need additional information, we'll let you know.
We have several shippers that help our out of town customers. If for some reason you need us to make the arrangements, we will help. However, it's often a better idea to speak to the shipper directly so that your preferences are clear and you can make payment directly to them without markup.
