I've been trying to check my place in line and can't do so then when I call it say the number doesn't work ... What should I do or who do I call ?
To answer your question: Yes, while helping a friend the "error" message had also popped up after submitting the application. I would suggest, taking a copy of that email to their office & explain what had occurred. Hope this helps.
