Can it be 10 STARS?? Shawn is AWESOME! He saved our small CPA firm towards the end of Tax Season on one of the worst weeks. Our hard drive crashed on our server, our backup routine was on the fritz, we had a backup of our data but.... he came along did an overnight recovery from our CRASHED drive and sent me a picture in the middle of the night of the screen of what I look at everyday!!! I was amazed.... a few hours later we were back up and running tax returns and all was well... Very honest and fair. This is my second time using them. I thought I knew the problem and they confirmed the issue quickly. Unfortunately the cost of parts was more than what the laptop is worth, but what impressed me the most was that they didn't charge to assess the problem. They also helped me offset the cost of replacement by reminding me of the credit card insurance may cover. I highly recommend CodeBlackIT.
