I use to work here and trust me. They're so disgusting and nasty, they give you old food and are very rude, managers will threaten to spit in your food aswell.

I ordered and I waited 20 minutes inside with the number 13 and no one delivered it to my table which is what I'm guessing I was supposed to do. When I went to ask where my order was they couldn't find it. They finally found it but my meal was cold. I ordered french fries without salt at the kiosk which was also on my receipt and they did not read it and I cannot have salt. So for a medium filet of fish meal it was almost $10 and I couldn't eat it. Horrible service. I would never go back there again.

Typically experience is okay from here. Nothing stands out as spectacular as far as employee attitudes and daily operations. Frequently the ice cream machine is broken (ok😏). I own ice cream machines and personally went in and offered to fix it. There was obviously nothing wrong with it. I thought it would be interesting to call their bluff and it was interesting LOL.
