Stunning and pleasantly baffling was the impression I had on this my first visit to Hidalgo Eye Care & Optical. First of all, they honored my scheduled appointment time (That's just very rare to find). The atmosphere is welcoming due to the cleanliness of the place and the friendly, as well as, professional manner with which they treat you. The communication is amazing transparent explaining the best options to the customers. Without a doubt they are a very organized & well-prepared staff. I was attended by Dr. Madeline Hernandez, OD whose professional experience in patient care is remarkable, caring and attentive. She has the virtue to clearly explain the purpose and the result of the eye exam to which she submits you throughout the same. I highly recommend her Thank you all very much and I wish you all the success that you undoubtedly deserve.

My wife tried this place and unsatisfied with the manner in which was steered away from purchasing a fashionable pair of glasses,by defrauding the insurance to the max allowed.And recieving a $400 pair of dollar store glasses cheaply made.And does the same to all of elderly on a daily bases.Dollar store has better glasses.
