I want to write this review for the staff members specifically for Carlos. He was very attentive with not just me, but everyone around him, and willing to help he has a great personality. I didn’t get the name of the cashier, but did a great job as well. Store is always organized.

The store manager Patricio is so rude. I have never in my life been treated by anyone, let alone someone in the customer service industry, as terribly as I was treated by this man. His employee made a mistake with a transaction and he treated me like a criminal. No type of understanding of apology for what his employee did. Made a large spectacle in front of everyone in the store about how I must have stolen items. My toddler was also with me and he did not care one bit.He is not meant to be employed by this otherwise great company. He should be fired immediately for his poor treatment of paying customers.

Horrible costumer service from Patricio the manager!!! said I can’t get a store credit from a pair of shoes that I bought and never worm them. With tag and everything. Unbelievable. I am a loyal costumer to you guys but it’s last time I buy something in this store. Hialeah style has to be of course!!!!

This store has a good selection of clothing. It's a good size store. Customers in Hialeah can somewhat be too pushy against the sales associates so you can tell that they're losing their patience but they don't lose their cool. Their sales associates are on task and willing to help as long as you're not being rude.
