This is the 2nd time I have waited to see a medic for over half an hour past my scheduled appointment time. I like Nurse Hannah and am hoping she remains with the group.

Horrible health care system. I was a patient for about a year when I was notified that my neurologist retired and they referred me to another. I schedule an appointment with him but within 2 months before I could make it in, they informed me that the new neurologist left the practice and they referred me to yet another which was additional 20 min away from the 30 I was already driving. Within that time frame, I moved to the Orlando area and requested a referral out in the Orlando area. They stated that there are a lot of neurologists in Orlando and to let them know where I wanted a referral sent. I did so a couple months later (I only go to the neurologist once a year) and now they are telling me they will not send a referral because I’m not a “current patient” and told me I need to go through my primary care doctor for a referral, which is ALSO THROUGH LAKEVIEW but that doesn’t matter apparently because she left the practice too in 2020 so because of that I’m out of luck. Sherry also informed me that even if I decided to go to the last neurologist they referred me to within Lakeview, I’d still have to go to a primary care doctor first for ANOTHER referral to a doctor I have already been referred to. WHAT??? I’ve just never heard of a medical practice where you are no longer a patient after 1 year of not being seen. I am literally still on current daily medication from this facility but apparently “no longer a patient” — tell me how that works? Please stay far away from this medical facility.

Dr. LLOP is excellent!! Very thorough and so incredibly caring..She spends the extra time explaining and making sure you understand your health concerns/conditions... I highly recommend her. The medical staff are also top notch!!
