It is a 55+ residential community offering manufactured homes anywhere from $40,000-$350,000. They provide emergency services, great amenities, numerous activities, security, softball field, and moorings from which one has access to the chain of lakes.

No - service animals only. Some emotional support animals, but Hawthorne isnt obliged to accommodate them. You will be turned away at the gate if you come with an animal that is not a service animal.
