Kind Helpful Staff - Gina takes the time to get to know her customers and will help them in anyway. Staff remembers names - what bank does that now! Didn't think i would like the new ITM machines instead of the bank teller - but it is quick and easy with the virtual teller.

Went in to withdrawal my tax refund and they refused to do it even though I had valid ID and permanent card. Very, very disappointed with the service!!!!

Yes they do, and one of the nicest group of people to deal with.
