I have been here several times for notary and teller services and got efficient service with smiles all around each time. Not only just from the ones helping me but also from everyone I met there. Such a nice place to do banking with.

Hard to believe that this branch is still open. Two years ago I stopped in to change some cash and was refused. I mentioned that I was a Merrill client and they asked for account no., which I gave them but which they could not verify. I left without satisfaction. Today I called Merrill and asked what it's policy was. They were as astonished as I about what had happened and suggested it was just temporary. We agreed I would call the branch first and get it sorted. It seems the branch does not answer its phone. I've tried for 30 minutes. So I guess I'll just have to open an account at another competitive bank that actually offers banking services to its customers. So sad!

So sorry for the delay, on writing this letter. I've been out of town. I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service that Megan Martinez gave me during my visit to the South branch BOFA back in December. I’m a very long time Merrill Lynch client. I was applying for the new Diamond Honors visa card upgrade. Megan patiently took her time and explain all the benefits with getting the Diamond Honors visa card. She even made calls on my behalf to make sure everything was done correctly. I was impressed with her caring attitude and making sure all my question were answer. She even follow up with a phone call the next day, making sure I received my new visa card. Which was over night the next day. That’s excellent customer service. I am incredibly pleased with the quality of customer service provided to me. I know that Merrill Lynch is staffed with many outstanding professional men and women who put in 110 percent into their job every day and many times receive no thanks in return. I want to let you know Sir, how much I appreciate your people and the way they help their customers, It’s individuals like Megan positive image to your customers. Without a doubt, I am an extremely satisfied customer and will continue going back to BOFA.
