A lot of times it felt like I was just going through the motions. They kinda make you feel like they are doing you a favor so I never felt like I was “at home” or welcomed with little to no excitement. Rarely ever greeted or given a simple “have a nice day”. They definitely have different tones to different patients when it should be consistent to all patients. Oh and multiple times more than 2 times in a single appointment on different days I was stopped out of the middle of a routine to let another patient finish their routine. Last time I checked my health is just as important as theirs and shouldn’t be belittled whilst prioritizing another patients care; they should have to wait their turn! I’m sure not many people would appreciate someone cutting the line in front of them so I didn’t when I was interrupted multiple times. “Jen”, Trisha and Miss.Lyn are great but I think supervisors should take a very hard look at the tone and attitude towards patients and revamp the customer care satisfaction. Survey questions were also repetitive and offers little to no variety of a patients problems specially. Sorry ATI 1/5 for this office.

I have had PT at this location in the past (all 5 ⭐️ experiences!) so I didn’t expect it to be any different this time. Unfortunately that was not the case. Staff was pleasant enough, only 1 person is still there since I was there the last time. However beyond my first visit I was left to go through my routine with minimum supervision/guidance. Plus because of appointment time constraints (only 30 minute allotments), I was only able to get through 1/2 my exercises once more were added to my routine. Most answers given to my questions I was able to ask seemed to be more of a guess/unsure response, so not sure how much experience they really have with treating my condition? Honestly I got more accomplished and saw more progress/positive results from figuring things out for myself & my efforts doing exercises at home. I am hoping that this was just a one time thing for me & not an example of a bigger issues.

You will need the following: Desktop or laptop computer, tablet or mobile phone, with a working camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection, comfortable clothing and space that will allow for movement. As well you will need any exercise equipment prescribed by your therapist
