I have an account at your Bank but today I tried to purchase some rolled coins and was told their not allowed to sell me any. I thought this was part of my service. I'll try another Bank.

I had an account with Republic Bank in 1998 then moved to the UK with my finance. We've lived here since. We're planning to return to the US to live and need a checking/savings account at a bank. Is it possible for this account to be resurrected?
