I sat in the line to pick up a prescription for 45 minutes. Only 2 cars were ahead of me when I pulled in. I sat at the window for another 15 minutes while I waited on them to get the prescription that was called in the previous day. I love the store, hate the pharmacy.

DO NOT GET A PCR TEST FOR TRAVEL HERE!!!! I wish someone warned me. I did not get the results within 72 hours. You will miss your flight or anything you scheduled & needed the results for. Very horrible experience. Go to CVS- never have a problem.

I spoke with two employees and both were very friendly and helpful. I did not catch the first man’s name, unfortunately, but when I checked out, Alice was very friendly, kind, and had been helpful on the phone just a few moments earlier when I had questions about if a particular item was in stock or not.

I really dislike coming here. I've only been here twice to pick up medications and both times have been awful experiences. First time: got a text the medication was ready. Got here only to be told it wouldn't be ready for 20 more mins. So I ran errands and came back in 25 mins only to be told it still wasn't ready. So I left the pharmacy yet again and literally within 3 minutes of leaving the pharmacy I got a call saying that the prescription was ready to be picked up. I was livid. Second time. I got to the pharmacy and sat there for several minutes and press the help button and nobody said a word to me. I would recommend getting your medication from the Kroger across the street. I have family that has been going to Kroger to get their prescriptions for 20 plus years and have never had any problems. I would not recommend Walgreens for medications. Find somewhere else and don't waste your time.
