I came to Dr. Clark 4 yrs ago. At the time my life was in complete shambles. I was an active alcoholic. I had lost my job of 15 yrs. I was getting divorced. That's just the skimming the surface. Dr. Clark helped me more than I have the words to express. She truly cares about her patients. With the correct medication and counseling today my life has never been better. I'm sober, gainfully employed and remarried to a wonderful lady. If your in a place were you feel there is no hope and you don't think life is ever gonna get better. STOP. There is help and Dr. Clark is part of the solution.

Asked for an appointment the middle of January and was told they were accepting new patients with my Blue Select insurance in February and I was the second on the call waiting list for an appointment after the first of February. I called the second week of February and was told, due to a computer system update it would be another week and my insurance was again verified as accepted. It is now the last week of February, no phone call. I called the office again for an appointment and am now being told they do not take any Blue Cross or Blue Shield insurance as of three weeks ago. So why wasn't I called and told this? I am a wife of a veteran receiving care in Lecanto, and was ensured this was a great place for me to go. Someone suffering from mental health issues and a doctor's referral deserves better attention than this. To top it off, I was hung up on after asking why I wasn't called and what should I do now. I was told, "don't know what to tell you, Dr. Clark just told us one day to not take patients with this insurance," and I was hung up on. Is this the best this area can do for mental health? And to think she had rave reviews! Response to reply: The biggest problem is you delayed me having any treatment for the whole month of February by not being forthcoming with what was really happening. Did not enjoy being lied to!

Dr. Clark has been fantastic in my treatment. She's incredibly friendly and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. People like her are a rare find. She's been the one who's been able to help me the most out of 5 different doctors across 3 states. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a psychiatrist. 10/10.
