NEVER call them. Driver intentionally went the wrong way to get a higher fare. Fare that should have been $10 (at the most ) ended up $22. Complete rip off.

Worse customer service ever no business anywhere gets paid before services are provided but they swear that they don't do business unless paid first and since they have 5 different company names it's kind of looks like their trying to monopolize the taxi business around here

Anytime if you call night before. Otherwise phones are answered at 7am
