Hello Wesam! No, a preorder isn't necessary but it is the only way to avoid lines. While I can't predict the future (not for lack of trying) I would guess that things won't be too crazy on the 8th of January with life slowing down a bit after the holidays. UPDATE: Things have been busier in the new year! As you might guess, weekdays are easier than weekends. It is also important to note that only our East End Market location takes preorder. That are not available for Gideon's at Disney Springs.

I would think just let them sit at room temperature. Though, I have never had the cookies last long enough to freeze them, LOL.

If you preorder your Cookie Bites, you can order as many as you'd like. There is, however, a minimum requirement of 12 Bites for preorders since we hand dip them to order. On occasion, we will prepackage Bites, and those are usually 6 Bites per bag. We're still playing around with prepackaged bags as I write this, so quantity per bag is subject to change. Thanks!!

Cakes are sold by slice and the ones listed through the website and social media are the ones that are available. You can also preorder a whole cake type pickup at the East End Market location!

Hello! Gideon's at East End Market is a wonderful local food hall. It does not have theme park crowds, so wait times are significantly reduced. It can average 15 minutes on a weekday and 30 on weekends. If you plan to visit Gideon's at Disney Springs, the physical line averages 15 minutes, but the virtual wait to get in that line can be a few hours. You should be able to place a Christmas order. Go onto their website, and create an account. I don't think the December specials will be available to select and the November ones won't be available any longer come Christmas time. But other than that I suspect you should be able to place an order

You can always check their website. There you can preorder cookies. This way you don't have to worry about your fav selling out. Easily the best cookie ever.

They do not ship their cookies or cakes.

As per their website, they do not ship, cater or deliver.

Other than cake or cookie orders for large parties, Gideons doesnt have enough space to host a birthday party. You may want to check their website to see if they cater for parties.
