Back in December, we were at Disney and a member of The Medical Concierge had to visit our resort due to a reaction from a bug bite. The physician was wonderful, but unfortunately that's where it ends. I've been trying to obtain a "digital" copy of my medical receipt for months. I was given two carbon copies (one pink and one yellow), both of which my insurance company has declined twice due to the lack of visibility. I've been promised multiple times from employees at The Medical Concierge that it would be taken care and an email would be sent, but this still hasn't happened. I've talk to someone weekly since the first week of June. This week no one has answered the phone and I've called multiples times and left messages. The last lady I spoke with, actually had the nerve to ask me if I had lost my receipts. I assured her that I still had the receipts and I would gladly scan them and email them to her. I did everything in my power to not lose my patience. It's 2022 and carbon copies are so outdated and insurance companies won't accept them because they can't read them clearly. This could get them into trouble with audits. With this being said, if you're paying cash and don't plan to submit the bill to insurance once you return from your trip, then you're good to go. The doctor was excellent, but I can't say much for the billing department. They're simply horrible and have zero follow through.

Update August 2021: We recently used The Medical Concierge for Covid tests while on vacation in Florida. We require a negative test to board a plane to return home. Long story short, The Medical Concierge provided some family members with a positive result when we had literally not ventured almost anywhere. I was adamant this was an error and insisted they retest. In the meantime, we were out of time waiting for test results (nearing the end of our trip) because The Medical Concierge had arrived seven hours late to do the tests in the first place! As a result, thinking some members may be positive and to be very safe to others, we planned to isolate. This meant we could not return home because you cannot board a flight to Canada with a positive test. We had to cancel our flight, miss the last two days of our Disney vacation (including a special event we had planned for the final day), check out of our Disney hotel early and so on. Our daughter was crushed and family members were shattered thinking they were covid positive. I kept insisting this was virtually impossible. After doing all of this vacation deconstruction, The Medical Concierge finally called the next day (after retesting) and admitted a lab error and that all tests were negative! While this was good news (and was as I suspected it should be), we were now left with a vacation in tatters. Tests are only good for 72 hours to cross the border back to Canada. So now we could not get a flight and were left with no choice but to rent a car and drive from Floridan to try to get back to Canada before the clock ran out and we had to retest. We made it home with one hour to spare, but this debacle cost us an additional $2500 in travel and cancellation costs and a completely ruined Disney vacation. All because of The Medical Concierge providing a false positive test. A couple of things are important here and worth noting. If they hadn't been seven hours late for the appointment (and this had still happened) we would have had time to get a retest without jeopardizing our vacation. It was specifically why I booked the test at the earlier time. And two, the true measure of any business is how they handle adversity when things happen and customers are negatively impacted. In this case, The Medical Concierge is a clear fail. Zero accountability. We asked for compensation and they practically laughed in our faces. As past loyal customers of theirs, this is not acceptable. I would never use their services again and caution anyone to use them for Covid tests in particular. The Medical Concierge's blunder completely ruined our vacation due to unreliable Covid testing and then defiantly refusing to take any responsibility for the stress and costs of their failed services. --- I have used the Medical Concierge twice while on Walt Disney World vacations. Both times, the service was excellent and the doctors had great bedside manner. Very accommodating to our schedule and showed up on time and well equipped to assess the illness and take action when necessary. Compared to wasting the better part of a vacation day going to a medical clinic, the Medical Concierge was excellent and worth every penny for us. I would definitely use this service again. UPDATE: Despite the comments below from The Medical Concierge, they did NOT follow up with me after contacting their lab.
