Very unfriendly older lady waited on us. Showed her the car keys we needed. She felt the need to tell us it would cost 75.00. Price didn't matter we knew we needed the keys.She wasted our time for about 20 minutes as she seemed to be working on our first requested key to tell us she didn't have the key with chip for one of two vehicles. Suggested we go to Lockman in Pinellas Park. Then I handed her the second key and she walked away with it. Then she returned in 30 seconds to say she didn't have that one either. Instead of Able in name of business it should be UnAble. Unable to treat all people with decent respect. Her whole aura was negative and aloof.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called to have a new lock installed on a new door. Made the appointment for the following Tuesday, between 9-11 AM. I gave the woman my husbands name and number being as I had to work. They never showed up or called. At 11:45 my husband called them. They said we weren’t on the schedule. After he asked her to double check she said we were, but they were tied up with another job and couldn’t get to us any time soon!! My husband took time off from work to get this lock installed, and asked that they be sure to come. Hours later still no one showed up or called. Now I called and asked what was going on. Same lady said she called us and no one answered. She gave me some phone number she called, absolutely nothing close to any number I gave her. I asked when they would be at our house to install the lock, she said to hold on. I could here her saying something to someone else about she got a new number but “the lady was bi….ing”, and hung up on me. I called back and got an answering machine. My husband called back and she told him the truck broke down and they could not come for at least a week!! Beware, this lady was rude and unprofessional! Not once did I get nasty or raise my voice with her. I just wanted to know when a lock would be installed. 0 stars for sure.

A-Able Locksmith's are awesome! We have used Bruce and Dotty for more jobs than I can count at our businesses. And today we locked ourselves out of our office and Bruce came within half an hour to let us in. Thank you A-Able!!!!
