Thjis has been the wosrt experience In tax history Dealing with this company I Actually am convienced that there is scams ngoing on and that this company is ripping off people they think cannot defend themselves! I have had it with the treatment that i have recieved since filing my taxes. The staff lie!!!! They have other employees in a total different county office call you and pretend to be them allowing them to log into your sensitive information. Then they lie and advise you that your refund has been accepted. I believe that there is something going on and i plan to get to the bottom of it.!!!! i have contacted the national Line, filed a coomplaint twice with promises to be called back and i have heard nothinhg. i believe that this is Must bigger Than the two tax perpares I believe thaT this company has been ripping off people for years.... now Its time time to be exposed!!!!!

This place was a referral from a friend. I called on Friday for a Saturday appointment at 6pm, stating that we would be 20 minutes earlier TO GET DONE EARLIER. The gal told me she would give LB our Tax preparer the message. However, that's not what happened. We arrived 30 minutes earlier and two people walked in and began to question about their taxes! I got up and stated we had an appointment before them. LB told me to go sit down and wait till 6pm-- she apparently did not get the message! She stated that we weren't even on her schedule! I didn't feel very important after all that. We were there anyway, so, we began to ask our questions. Well, our questions were answered, the professional was nice, she gave us a 30% discount, everything seemed to be in order till we got the bill! Over a hundred dollars after the discount?! We were not prepared for that amount!
