hello all, my phone would not connect to any charging cords. tried multiple "cleaning techniques". could get not get a single cord to stay firmly attached for charging. did some research and found this place near my house. worst case expecting to need a new charging port installed in phone. it was absolutely slamming and pouring rain sideways that Sunday when my friend and i went into the store with my issue, which may be why there were no other customers. while dripping rainwater on the floor i explained my situation to the technician on duty. he asked if i would allow him to take a look at my phone. he then went into the back room with it. i then heard multiple sounds of tools and could tell he was doing something to the phone. he promptly came back out front and showed me how now a few different charging cords would all indicate connection and charging status. my friend and i were both pleasantly surprised when the technician stated there was no cost for his work. he explained that it was "slow" that day due to the continuing rain and he was happy to have someone to help. i cannot thank or speak more highly of Technician Kris who helped me that day. 9/11/22

Brought an iPhone in with a corroded charging connector. We had just been told by the carrier that the connector would have to be replaced. We were welcomed in IFixGalaxy by a guy name Kris who asked to look at the iPhone. He took a quick look at the corroded charger connector and smiled and asked "Ya got 5 minutes?". He took it into the back and we could hear him working. He returned with the phone with a perfectly cleaned charging connector. He had the proper tools to clean the connector. With a nice smile he verified in front of us that the phone now charged fine. Then he just smiled again and bid us a good day. No charge just great future customer service. I will not hesitate to recommend IFixGalaxy for any needing electronic device repair. Thanks Kris! Thanks IFixGalaxy!
