biggest bunch of liars. Very friendly until they get your money then customer service is gone. bought a 2021 Forestriver Cherokee did a walk through with them at purchase pointed out several things need attention was told they would send someone to fix them after it was delivered, they wanted to charge me for everything. door completely fell apart the super warranty they said covers everything camper is less than 6 months old they tell me the Aluminum door has rusted due to water damage and will cost me 1700. aluminum doesn't rust. save yourself the headache and wasted money find a different dealer!

Went there to look at travel trailer. The young lady at the counter said without giving her my driver license that I could speak to anyone about buying a trailer. I told her that my identity was stolen afew months back. So I'm reluctant to just freely give it out. She replied I've got to have your license sir. Like she never even heard me. O well there's plenty others that will sell them. Poor m Management bad policies

My experience at Camping World of Bartow has been nothing but positive. I was wanting to trade in a Large, long, heavy 5th wheel and purchase a shorter lighter newer 5th wheel. I found exactly what my wife and I needed here at camping world in Bartow. Our sales person was Mr. Shane Eason a very professional ,friendly no pressure sales person. He spent the day with us showing us different options. We saw a Keystone Cougar 24RDS that was already purchased by another individual. we asked to see it. It was exactly what we were lookin for 11ft. shorter 5 K lighter and of course brand new. Shane spent quite a while looking for one at all of camping worlds ( We had specific needs for our new 5th wheel) many dealerships. That particular model was selling fast, most we looked at had pending deals. Finally found one in Fort Myers. Shane immediately locked that one up for us. Our next experience was with Anthony in finance, again only positive five star service. Ended up paying less, got 7 years of premium warranty we also got 3 years of Good Sam elite membership, 1 year of travel protection and roadside assistance all at no charge. Happy happy happy. After our walk thru we did some shopping in the camping world store. They had a sale A lot of items marked down plus another 50% off. A very nice cashier named Kaylee took good care to make sure everything rang up correctly and we got our Good same club discount. She was all smiles and happy a very pleasant experience from the usual straight face cashiers at other businesses. I can highly recommend 5 STAR Camping World, Shane, Anthony and Kaylee. If you are at all considering trading or purchasing a new or used camper. This was by no means my first purchase I am an experienced 5th wheel owner of over 10 years experience.
