Dr sent over MRI order 6/21 & I received a call to book appointment as early as 6/25 but had it 7/3. Everyone was super friendly & helpful. No waiting. They even gave me a copy of CD to take to Dr without requesting it. Last MRI was nuts for me this one was SO much better. We've been here before w husband & never had any problems like some of these reviews.

Had scheduled diagnostic mammogram w/ bilateral ultrasound & wrist xray. First, I called with orders to see about getting in asap since I am off work for my wrist. Scheduler said she had order on computer but asked why I needed a diagnostic mammogram. I told her my Dr ordered it for specific reasons. She said, " Like what?" I didnt expect to give the scheduler my personal info but she insisted she needed to know why to schedule. ? She was extremely rude. Week later at appointment. They call me back for mammogram. Did mammogram but had me sit and wait to go get ultrasound. 3 minutes later tech comes back in and says the Dr looked over my mammogram & I was good to go. Did not need an ultrasound. I said, " Who's Dr?.. My Dr. ordered the ultrasound as well." She said, their Dr looked at my mammo and said it looked good. That I can have my Dr schedule something if I have any real problems. I was dumbfounded. I was told to change because xray was waiting for my wrist xray. I had that done and went out to my car immediately calling my Dr.s office My Drs. Office was in line with my thinking.. Who are they to decide what I am having done. They are to take care of what was ordered. They did not notify my Drs with any info. Now, I get to wait and see what's going on so my Dr can hopefully schedule me elsewhere. Not okay to dictate anything when it comes to me or my well being. Do your job! I would never recommend their service! Btw.. Had been to this location several times before they changed over to Akumin. Never a problem before. Akumin is the problem!!
