The food is good but don't bother going after 7:00 p.m. because by then they'll run out of chicken already... I really don't understand how a place called Pollo can run out of chicken 🤦‍♂️

None of the employees ever smile. I get it-- they are probably paid badly and they make sure they let you know they don't care. I like this place because I am a body builder and this suits my diet. Last night, I bought a half-chicken combo. When I got home, there was no sides or roll. I drove my happy self 2 miles back to the place, and they seemed irritated at me for asking for my sides. Of course, no apology. Nothing. I went back today for my bodybuilder special. I asked for yellow rice and beans and BBQ sauce. I got white rice and no BBQ sauce. These people don't care and it really shows. Pay them more or fire them.

Went there yesterday to pick up an order for someone else. No one said a word to me. One lady putting coin in register other lady in red shirt not doing anything. I finally said I am here to pick up so so order, not ready she said. I waited a d waited and waited. I hate going here. They are horrible with service. I refuse to ever go back there and will tell everyone. If they were kind or had to smile would kill them. Awful just awful
