It's been a very emotional experience being a first time owner of a Jacobsen home. So many issues that have been wrong and we are trying to get them righted. First of all.... thanks to Flo who is listening to our story and patiently helping us ride through the process. Then there's Joe who... one day... drove up with one of the items we paid for initially but never received. During this visit, he noticed one of our fallen Crown Molding in the Kitchen, got his ladder out, and went to work. This went off our punch list. Thanks Joe!! Looking forward to working with you both.... again!!
