I rent a locker for $500 for 6 months and then it goes to $1000. The bulbs which are high on the ceiling are blown out. I can't see a thing in my unit. Their answer, I can't do it! Corporate won't let me hire someone to do it. I'm going to have no choice but to leave this place but it's a big unit with a lot of my stuff so it's a lot of work to move. I think I'm going to call Corporate to complain. Seems I'm getting nowhere complaining to the office. What terrible customer service

I had such an amazing experience at this CubeSmart today. The representative named Brownie went above and beyond for customer service communication and my comfort during a stressful moving situation. She was friendly, informative, clear and concise and provided me with a superior customer experience. Five stars is not enough for this spectacular woman. I give her 10!

Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
