I would like to thank Usrc renal Tampa for the wonderful service provide while my stay in Florida. I want to say you to nurse odessa for her homestead generosity.

Worst Dialyis center I’ve ever been too. Their all about making money. I have great insurance, but can’t get supplies I need because cost to much. Plus medical supplies delivered by UPS and just dropped on porch in 90 weather. Don’t get all supplies delivered either just 5 boxes out of 20. Used get Baxter delivery and they stack them up and we’re always on time. But the dialysis center don’t want to pay cuts in bottom line. The service is as bad as deliveries.

The administrator is working under these people: the main RN (rude and stresses with pressure to do when he wants things done by patients. 2 weeks after the old tech Nubia had infiltrated my fistula which she damaged was almost forcing to use right after surgery. The old technician Nubia mocks us the patients the either in English or Spanish according the patients language she mocks in the others language so they don't understand, but I speak both so I know the bullying mocking and gossip then newest at this location Anabel same as Nubia as a matter of fact they team up in their attitude and hurrying patients bc they want to go home. Lazy nurses don't even want to give us benadryl bc they're sitting down too comfy gossiping in the nurse station. They're only busy when connecting and disconnecting or only every half an hour the machines need bc take BP. I don't recommend this place until George and those 3 are gone.
