Apparently the mailman decided to stop delivering to my address. HE put a hold on my mail. Two visits to post office and I don't have any mail. Or packages. Going to the police to file charges. I never asked for my mail or packages to be held 😕

For what they never answer any freaking way
I went to pick up mail in our po box. The back was blocked by a piece of cardboard. I was told it was a test where they randomly block boxes and mail goes into a bucket until customer comes to counter to find out why their box is blocked. Really?!

I experienced that when I lived in Mass but never did in Florida. I can certainly feel your frustration and would send a letter to the Postmaster General stating your case.

There's an outside mailbox, if that's what you mean. You can drive up to it and drop your mail in.

You have to fill out a change of address form first. Do it at the post office in person. Takes 5 minutes. I had the same problem. Only thing that worked

If you live where there is centralized delivery with sets of community boxes, you cannot put up house boxes. The only way you could get house delivery is if you have a medical hardship documented on specific forms for the post office by a medical doctor.
You can ask your mail carrier for a hold card to fill out or go to your local post office for a hold card or go online to usps.com. You can hold mail from 3 to 30 days
