Lots of variety for classes. Nice group exercise rooms. Lots of weight workout equipment. Has an in-house boot camp training facility, separate membership. Great instructors and front desk staff.

not a safe space for veterans. I did not see this organization actually follow "christian" principles. There are safer spaces to workout in the area.

Love the Ferguson Y especially Westridge Crossfit which is part of it. Open space, never super crowded, and great childcare.
