I LOVED EVERYTHING TODAY. EASY CHECK IN WITH AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY SORRY I DIDN'T CATCH HER NAME, FASTER THAN LAKE UNDERHILL OFFICE WHICH I CAME FROM. GOT LOT'S OF RESULTS I DID NOT GET FROM HOSPITAL. THE NURSE MONIQUE WAS SO NICE AND ATTENTIVE. BOTH MALE DOCTOR'S, DOCTOR. V AND HIS SENIOR DOCTOR WAS VERY HELPFUL. ALSO THE CHECK OUT LADIES WERE VERY ATTENTIVE AS WELL. THANK YOU EVERYONE. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. I'M A HAPPY CAMPER. 🤗🤗

I went in for a Nurse visit to get immunized and I was taken care by Sydney (apologies if I misspelled your name). From the start, she had the most caring and welcoming attitude. I needed the immunization form to be signed off by the doctor (who was busy at the time), so I had to come back later. Sydney went above and beyond to not only get that form signed but to also print all my immunization records for me to have. It’s these actions that set her aside for anyone before and reassured me of the standard of AdventHealth.

Called in to see if they could see me n never responded, I will definitely change to another medical staff as soon as I can, cannot be used for fast service. I end up in Guidewell Medical to be seen. Very disappointed 😞

I chose this advent health as a primary care doctor through my insurance. This is my third visit and never ever once I saw my primary care doctor and every time I get to see other practitioners who works I believe under them who doesn’t know what they doing. The wait time is always over an hour though even for a regular visit or follow up. Don’t come in here for a visit. I am bout to change mine doctor.
