Their website has the prices for piercing and the tattoos are priced on the amount of time it takes, my half hour tattoo was $60 but its such a great quality for a very reasonable price.

The price for a tragus piercing is $40 for a single ear, but that does include the cost of jewelry.

I'm not sure about septums, but I had both my daiths done, and they were fantastic! Highly recommend!

Hi Gianna, Forms can be notarized at a variety of places including banks, Amcot, some UPS or tax servicers, or courthouses. We will generally direct you to a bank or Amscot as they usually can notarize forms without an appointment, however it is always safest to call and double check with the specific business prior. They do piercings on minors only with an affidavit if you Google this area, the closest, cheapest place to do an affidavit for $10 is the nearest Amscot. With an affidavit authorized by a parent or legal tutor, then yes, they will do a piercing. Always contact them tk make sure. My neice is 15 and we just got her piercing done.

we do use UV ink but only order to have it on hand when you set an apointment for a tattoo .

Depends what u wanna get, how big, what color, complexity, how long it takes. I got my tattoo about an inch long basic black and industrial piercing for about $60 after tax and piercing cleaning solution. They give quote and ideas about any tattoo/piercing u want prior your application. You dont need appointment for quotes or questions.

A tattoo that is small. I have about 2 inchs black tattoo and it took 30 mins or so for the whole process. U can always show them the design you want and see if they can get it done in 30 mins or ask them for tattoo designs that can be done in 30 mins.

Parents need to sign the form if you under age

Go to thier website. Print the concent form. Have it notarized and take it with you to the shop. I believe it is 13 with the form.

Yes if you are under 18 you need a consent form notorized. I downloaded it right from their website and had it ready before I went in to get my daughter a piercing. We also both needed our ID. A student ID or birth cert for a minor is ok.
