I had an upper denture made by Flagler Dentures and was pretty pleased with the results even though the denture seemed a little thick in the middle of my pallet (sp?). After about a year, March of 2020 I had a tooth fall out and being under warranty called them for a repair. Surprise, Surprise, a weird answering message on their end. I've tried calling since then, thinking they closed temporarily due to the Corona Virus, and they have yet to reopen, Oct. 2020 ! I received no call or notice that they closed permanently, and thank God for masks, due to the fact I'm missing a tooth in the front of my mouth where it's noticeable and the mask hides it. $800 down the drain as I can't find another dentist who will repair the denture without doing a full oral exam etc. I can't imagine what others are dealing with, missing their whole denture, or like me, waiting to find someone who will fix the denture without going through a whole exam and paying for additional cost. Thanks Flagler Dentures, you could have at least finished up with your existing clients and not taking on any new ones. I hope you sleep well at night !!!

I went here to have my dentures made and they were very nice. But when I went to my dentist to have my teeth pulled I was told Flagler Dentures closed down. With my dentures AFTER they had been paid for them by my insurance. No call. No warning. Nothing! Now I have to have my insurance try to tecoup the money paid since this business is now closed down. And start all over with another provider. Thanks alot!!

This office must be writing their own reviews!!! The ladies in this office have bad attitudes and are very rude!!! I have been waiting for over 2 months for this office to call me back, when I called this morning to find out what's going on, I got a bad attitude from the lady and she hung up on me!!!! I have the recording of how rudely and unprofessionally I was treated both times I called this office. I have the recording Sherrie saying to me; "you wrote a bad review on Google about this office so you need to find somewhere else to go" I was than hung up on again!! Apparently this is acceptable behavior for this office. LOL The "horrible message" is me telling them how rude and UNPROFESSIONAL they are!!
