Their Website says that Walk in's are welcome and we get there and they tell my mom that we have to schedule an Appointment online. So much for Walk in's welcome.

4:15pm on a Thursday. No one other than 1 man ahead of me waiting to get a haircut and 2 stylists. "We're not taking anyone else today" Me: "too late in the day?" "Yeah sorry" Me: *looks at the closing time* ... 5pm. I get the easy typical #2 fade. (As was the one guy ahead of me) What a shame that the hours on the door are not honored. If you close at 4:15pm, put that on the door. Not 5pm. (The place was spotless btw. So don't say the " we need 45 minutes to clean up" because it's not true.) I saw that this business had great reviews too. I can get off work sooner, I suppose to get there before maybe 4pm, and hope to be taken.

When I walked in they greated me very politely, clean and neat. It was very busy!She knew what I wanted in a haircut,she listened and turned out great. My 1st time here.Thanks

I believe it's $14 and you can walk in or check in online through the great clips ap.
Go online to their website, then put your name on the list, it will then tell you what time is available. Very busy place.
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
