My little Retro camper, my pup and I are here for 6 weeks. The office staff is incredibly helpful for newcomers. What fun and fellowship we have had. Great site with grass lawn for us to enjoy. Monthly calendar lists the many daily activities. Easy living community. I will be back next winter for sure.

Recently purchased a park model here. I looked at a number of communities in the area, and this was by far the one I liked best overall. Whole process was positive and everyone I've met so far has been fantastic. Looking forward to being able to be there full time soon!

Lot rent varies based on the size of the lot. I can tell you it is more reasonable than most in the area and is nicer and has more amenities

Yes we have cats and dogs. Lots of dogs. If you don't like dogs this is not a place for you

Good morning Laura - the application fee is $40 per a person for a US citizen. $80 per a person for a Canadian. It’s a credit and criminal background check.
Best to call the office. We were there in February and there were quite a few rental units, and many for sale. Sites rented from $350/month for singles and up for larger lots .

Storage units are not the property of the park. They own the property and do the rentals. Would have to call the storage unit company for price
Dogs allowed and some units are rented. Stop in the sales office for a list.
