Scheduled a travel covid test for myself and husband. Arrived on time, went back to do my test. Lady in room #4 told me they were out & I asked why wasn’t I informed so I could have made other arrangements and was basically told that’s not her job & to go to CVS. So I’m currently sitting at centra care just spent $560 on two very last minute tests. I am so upset, I did my part in making my appointment and arriving IF you could not help me I should have received a call so I could have made other arrangements.

Don't ever do a walk-in here. You arrive at 9am and get estimated wait of 95 minutes and every time you get down to 20 minutes, you'll get backed up again.

Go on line and put in your purnet information and look at the day you picked and see what's open for that day time frame.
They open at 6 am. My sons have had 6:15 appointments before
