Florida Health Care Plans is an absolutely horrible organization. Not professional, not organized. Half the Dr's listed in your network are not in the network. All of their facilities have a horrible stench in them. LOW Quality Health Care. Forced to go with them because of OBAMACARE and moving to a new zip code. I had Florida Blue which was great.
