very rude staff. came in with my boyfriend nosey ladies asked how old we were then the other lady said she didn’t have it in her to “make a slick comment” just because you’ve had failed relationships doesn’t mean anything about mine. be professional.

I have used this patient service center several times now without an appointment and have not had a bad experience. Some of the staff are friendlier than others however all of my encounters have been professional. The space has recently been updated and is very aesthetically pleasing. The insistence on wearing masks while inside is appropriate and helped to make me feel safe. The option to wait in my car and be notified by text message of my turn I much appreciated. Phlebotomists were skilled and I had no issues with blood collection or specimens not being successfully tested.
