I had an appointment scheduled and since I wasn't feeling well I called to change the appointment to a televisit. I received the email appointment reminder for the televisit and logged in on time. After being in the virtual waiting room for almost an hour I called the office and asked what was going on. I was told that they had called me earlier and I had cancelled my appointment. I never received a call. I was then told that someone would call me back to reschedule for later the same day. The call I received was a lady, Sonja, yelling at me that she had called me this morning and I had told her I didn't have an appointment. When I told her she didn't call me she swore she recognized my voice and had called. I can prove with my phone call history that she hadn't called me, but she just continued to yell at me. Terrible customer service, terrible communication. Not worth your time, choose another doctor so you won't have to spend the time changing doctors after a terrible experience here.

I have called this office for a balance owed for some time and only get texts back to call the same number and still have to leave yet another message..so i go to the office on my day off to wait for 30 minutes to who i thought handled "billing", to say the girl up front handles this...I am not a PR PERSON, to know this..if the person who came to the door, could of said."let me see this" instead of passing the buck!!!i have never had this issue and can hope dr polanco will call..

Have been with Dr. Polanco for many years and thru alot with him . I am leaving mainly because of Tammy , who is very rude and also is the reason the best nurse left .

I have been a patient for over 8 years. The caring of this doctor and his office for their patients has been going down every year. I needed a simple document filled out for my insurance company and they not only gave me a hard time about it they charged me $30 to fill out a small section about treatment that he had provided for me. I feel this was totally unfair and the office staff was unprofessional.
