Sorry for the long-overdue review of my experience with Glassman Subaru last fall. It was great! Needed a solid (and safe) vehicle for my son at college and, by chance, stopped in at the used car showroom for a look-see. Had no expectations as the outlook on car inventories seemed bleak. We were met at the entrance by Judy Tifrere who guided us in the right direction and we found a prospect within the hour. Judy guided us through the process and we left with the Legacy well before the end of the day. And she got us a good price! Judy was professional, personable, efficient and certainly knowledgeable. Quite funny too. Best of all, she had a candy supply at her desk which she generously shared. I know where to go and who to see if I need another vehicle. Judy at Glassman!

Josh was outstanding to work with and definitely made the process very easy and understandable. Glassman Subaru was also a great dealership to work with. My car came a week earlier than expected and Josh kept me up to date with everything as it went, i would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a subaru.

My service experience was excellent. Took my Forester in for a window that wouldn't roll up, and they told me it was under warranty. They gave me an accurate time and dollar estimate. I bought the Forester to replace a Crosstrek lost to a collision, so as part of the service request, I asked them to install a hitch receiver. Originally they said it would take a couple weeks to get the part in (totally understandable under any circumstances but especially these days), but they found the part in their warehouse and got it installed! Couldn't be happier. Thanks to Matt and the whole service team there - you all rock!

Our salesman, Tom K., was attentive to our needs. He understood our situation (husband in wheelchair unable to come into the showroom) and stood out in frigid temperatures to help us find an automobile that would accommodate us easily and safely. He understood our finances and was sensitive to that issue. He patiently explained the features of the Forrester we leased. Additionally, he arranged for my husband to be in a warm, wheelchair accessible building next door. Tom was gracious and patient and knew the ins and outs of the Forester.
