Chris G. and Thomas R. helped turn an unfortunate circumstance around for me. When I had arrived, Thomas discovered that my tires were not in stock and they didn't get a chance to notify me before my appointment. Chris looked at a couple of options to help me get my tires replaced the same day as I had a flight to catch in the evening. I was offered comparable or better tires reduced to the same price as my order or a discount on near-peer tires that were already cheaper. I got my tires replaced as expected, but with extra money in my pocket which was unexpected, but very welcome. Thank you to both Chris and Thomas! Update: Took off a star because I had to come back. I had specifically been having an issue with a valve stem and a tire with a slow leak when I got my new installation. But since my sensors looked new, the valve stems which I think are normally part of the "shop fees" added on the bill were not checked and 3 out of 4 tires began to leak. When I returned, they addressed the issue by replacing all of them as they all seemed worn.

Staff was very professional, courteous and prompt. I felt that they were truly concerned about my issue. I was told to come in at 7:45 a.m. to get in line to be the first person because I conveyed to them that I didn't want to wait. True to their word, I was there on time, and was the first person. My total wait time was only 1 hour and 30 minutes. (They were quite busy from the previous night). I was extremely surprised that they fixed my flat and didn't charge me. Great experience as has been all my experiences with Bell Tire.

Great Store, Great Service. Kevin the manager gave me a great price, set the appointment and I was able to get and out quickly with a new set of tires! I'll be bring all our company and personal vehicles here for tires! Thanks again Kevin!
