We went to wendy’s because the one at home closed, we walked across from our hotel and door was locked, we decided to go to the drive through but then decided to tell us that they couldn’t serve walk ups and there machine was down for maintenance, we went back to the hotel and got in our car went to the pick up window decided to explain to us that we can’t order at the window and there machine was back in service so we went back around and tried to order a potato with chili, they explained to us they didn’t have any, we asked for a frosty they told us they were out of those, we asked what they had and the girl said “we have most burgers, and “SOME” fries.” (ps. we drove 3 hours for this) they lady had black and red hair, do not recommend wish i could give 0 starts

Will not serve walk in customers. No signs, just locked doors. Called and spoke to rude employee who refused to offer service.

Hot fresh burgers. I got a bacon burger without cheese. It had lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickle and ketchup. Near perfect. Enjoyed the chocolate Frosty too.

Food is always hot and service is quick. Unfortunately their order accuracy is the worst of any Wendy's I've been to. I always order via the app which makes it easy to list substitutions/deletions but this location repeatedly gets them wrong even when other locations have no issues. I have spoken to a manager and he seemed unconcerned.
