Awful. This is my second time trying jenny Craig. Went to Lakeland first, they were awesome. This one awful. Couldn't get my order right. Time and time again. Need better training or something 😡

Wondering if they'll ever get my order right. Not a center I would choose. 2nd time around, still no changes, just mistakes on the order, every order so far. The only reason I left the first time was because of this. I really hoped for better assistance.

I have been a Jenny client for many years (off and on, of course.) I come back because the diet works. I had gained after a hip surgery in 2002, then Jenny helped me lose. After another more severe injury in 2015, I gained a lot of weight, and am now getting back to normal with the help of Jenny. I guess that's what happens when the teens are in charge of making dinner because you can't move. (Hello spaghetti and pizza every night. Even in small portions this added two or three ounces every week, and over two years that translates into a lot of pounds.) What's easy? With the teens off to college, I now live alone, and it's hard to cook for one. The meals are easy and yummy. For those averse to frozen meals, please remember that this is not forever, it's just a measure to help regain control over portion control and eating with regularity. What's NOT EASY? It's a bit expensive. But each time, I have got what I paid for. Also, it's not easy to give up the control of what "I want" to a structured menu, but even though this is tough, I have never failed to see the results I wanted on the scale.

From Mayoclinic.org. How much fluid does the average, healthy adult living in a temperate climate need? The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is: About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids for men. About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women. I assume drier climates would need more, but I don't know how much more.

What's the total amount I would need for the whole jenny craig program including food?

It will vary. Kind of like the bill at Publix varies on what and how much you buy. Sorry, I can't be more precise. For me, it averages between 22 and 25 dollars a day.
