I called the front desk and told them I just got back from a late dinner, and ate some spicy food. I ended up having an upset stomach and had really bad dihrea. As I was in the bathroom, I exploded all over the bathroom. I got fecal matter on the walls, in the bathtub, on the already-sort-of-stained towels. Basically everywhere but the toilet. I didn't know how to clean it up. Besides that, my son ended up in the hospital for drinking some kind of cleaning supplies he found in the maid's cart.

If you're looking for a home away from home this is the place for you. I booked ahead of time because the rooms fill up fast, When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and warm welcoming I received my key cards and was asked to call if there was anything I may need assistance with the staff really puts pride into excellent customer service a plus is the onsite laundry room sterilized rooms with kitchen attached full size refrigerator and freezer dining table/ work desk warm clean beds. Everything you look for in a home away from home 💙💙💙💙 Staff here will give you that Great Southern Hospitality. Another plus is the safety no need to live in fear the entry doors are locked after check in hours. Best stay In Michigan!

Ashley the manager is why my stay was great, even though I didnt actually stay. Expedia.com messed up my location of the reservation, and refused to fix or refund me my money. Ashley stepped in and fixed the problem by emailing them and having me call also. And when she spoke with them, she told them the location was messed up and to cancel it for me so it could be fixed. I love her!!!! I always stay at extended stay but she made this situation 20x better. BEST PLACE TO STAY EVER!!!!!!!!!
